Peter Nelson

MA, MLADC, LCMHC
Peter Nelson is a dually Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Alcohol & Drug Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Health Psychology from William James College and is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Maine. Pete brings a compassionate, human-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. His work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Pamela Smith

PAMELA IS A MASTERS LICENSED ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELOR AND IS THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING AN LCMHC. PAMELA BRINGS OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD WORKING IN VARIOUS ROLES FROM COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH, INPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH, OUTPATIENT AND RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT. PAMELA OBTAINED HER MASTERS OF SCIENCE IN CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING FROM SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE UNIVERSITY. SHE SPECIALIZES IN LGBTQIA, GENDER IDENTITY, MOOD DISORDERS, ADULTS AND OLDER ADULTS, TRANSITIONS, ANXIETY AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS. SHE IS PARTICULARLY ADEPT AT WORKING WITH THOSE WHO STRUGGLE WITH CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS. PAMELA PRACTICES A PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH TO THERAPY AND FOCUSES ON MEETING EACH CLIENT WHERE THEY ARE AT, ALLOWING FOR PERSONALIZED CARE. Sam Taliaferro

MSW, LICSW
Sam Taliaferro is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and has worked in the mental health field in various settings since 2008. His diverse experience includes working in community mental health, outpatient counseling, and residential inpatient treatment. Through these settings and opportunities, Sam has gained useful insight toward common struggles that accompany common mental health ailments such as anxiety, depression. substance use, personal trauma and life transitions. Sam strives to keep his approach simple in that he prioritizes the patient and not the diagnosis. He believes that treatment can be simple and beneficial when offered with the appropriate level of therapeutic support and encouragement. He values the opportunity to accompany clients on their journey towards self-improvement and achieving their aspirations. His treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, REBT, Person Centered, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

Brianna Jelley

Brianna Jelley, MA, MLADC, LCMHC is a dually licensed mental health professional with a strong educational background and a passion for helping others. She holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Trauma Counseling from Antioch University. Brianna’s experience spans a diverse client population, and she especially excels in aiding young adults. Her specialties lie in trauma interventions, addiction, mood and personality disorders, depression and anxiety. If you are looking for a compassionate therapeutic approach– Brianna is here to help. When not at work, she finds solace in the therapeutic power of music and enjoys spending time with animals to nurture her well-being.

Keely Davis

MA, LCMHC
Keely holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University (2020) and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She boasts a diverse background in community mental health. Dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental environment, she empowers clients to embrace their true selves, facilitating creative change. Drawing on modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness techniques, she crafts a supportive atmosphere for clients to pursue their goals. Particularly passionate about adolescents, and young adults, Keely finds balance outside of work through reading, yoga, and self-care practices.

Christina Manter

MA
Christina Manter, MA is a Master's Level Clinician specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Counseling. She graduated from Antioch University with her MA in 2018 and is working towards her NH licensure. Christina has been working in the counseling field for 10+ years. Her approach to therapy is client centered utilizing CBT, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence based skills.
