Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept my insurance?
We are in network with most major insurance plans in New Hampshire, including many commercial plans and Medicaid options. Coverage can vary based on your specific plan and the therapist you work with. If you’d like, we can help verify your benefits and explain what services are covered before your first appointment.
What will my sessions cost?
Standard therapy sessions are 60 minutes and billed at $150 per session, with the initial session billed at $175. Some specialty services, such as ASAM 1.0, may be billed at higher rates. If you’re using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost may include a copay, deductible, or coinsurance depending on your plan.
When do I need to pay?
Copayments are due at the time of service. If there is any remaining balance not covered by insurance, you’ll be responsible for that amount. We aim to keep payment expectations clear and can answer questions about timing or amounts ahead of your appointment whenever possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been discussed in advance.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Telehealth coverage depends on your insurance plan. Many plans cover telehealth services, but copays and out-of-pocket costs can vary. We’re happy to help review your benefits and explain how telehealth sessions are billed before you schedule.
