Brianna Jelley, MA, MLADC, LCMHC
Brianna Jelley is a dually-licensed mental health professional with a strong educational background and a passion for helping others. She holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Trauma Counseling from Antioch University.
Brianna provides trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, and complex relationship patterns. She believes that many of our struggles, from things like substance use, to people pleasing, to perfectionism began as survival strategies. In your work with Brianna, you will approach those patterns together with curiosity instead of shame.
Brianna’s style is relational, insight driven, and grounded in nervous system awareness. She aims to help you explore attachment, emotional regulation, and the deeper “why” beneath your reactions so you can move through life with more clarity and alignment.
You don’t have to perform here or have it all figured out. Therapy with Brianna is collaborative, honest, and rooted in respect. The goal is to make sense of it together and build something more intentional moving forward.
