Mindy is a licensed MLADC and Ph.D.level Clinical Health Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with individuals, couples, and families, providing comprehensive, compassionate care grounded in clinical expertise. Her approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, relational, and behavioral well-being.

Mindy has supported clients navigating substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and chronic stress. With specialized training in both addiction and health psychology, she understands how deeply stress, trauma, and behavioral patterns can affect overall functioning and relationships. She has particular expertise in helping individuals and couples address communication difficulties, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection.

Her work is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s goals. Mindy integrates evidence-based modalities and believes in transparency throughout the therapeutic process, helping clients understand both the “why” and the “how” of change.
